On the engagement side, since the users are all real, they do engage. You should notice that your story views will go up drastically following a campaign. Now, how much they engage over time will come down to the quality and quantity of content you post, with targeted followers (obviously) engaging more since they are interested in your content. 

As your page (or any page) gets bigger, the engagement rate will naturally decrease. A good example is to look at someone you know with 200 followers that are all their high school friends from their hometown. Compare that to a celebrity or mega-influencer such as the Kardashians. Pages naturally have a lower engagement rate as their audience gets larger and broader. 

On the growth aspect, what we do is very compliant with IGs terms of service. We work with some pretty big brands so we could not jeopardize our reputation by having client pages shut down. 

The semi-targeted method that we use it is through giveaways and shoutouts. So we would shout you out on our page network or plus you into a giveaway from one of our influencers from our network and drive followers to your page. 

For hyper-targeted we do direct outreach and ads. So we either run paid ads directly to your page or have our team reach out to people that fit your targeting criteria and encourage them to message and/or follow you.

The exact methods we use to drive the growth depend on the targeting and volume. It’s at our discretion but usually is a blend of multiple methods.
