Information Needed:
We collect all of the necessary information such as logins, preferred color themes, any pictures you may have, Etc. On your Onboarding form that you will fill out after you order.
Communication:
You will be added to a Slack channel to communicate about your order and relay any relevant information.
Page Access and Information
Gaining Access:
We do not need direct FB or IG login information. We will request access via Business Manager.
All other platforms (Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter.) will require direct login information and your availability for potential secondary verification.
Page Requirements:
In order for us to be able to post on Facebook and Instagram, you will need to ensure the following:
🗸 Both profiles are changed into business accounts and pages(if not already).
🗸 The correct FB and IG pages are linked.
Creating the content
We make a content schedule and get started on creating your tailored content. And we will send out content examples within the first week.
If you have any images you would like us to use or work from please be sure to add them to a drive link and include them on the form.

Content approval
After the content and/or content schedule is complete, we will send it to you to get approval weekly before posting.
Posting
Once the final content is approved, we will start posting it according to your custom content schedule. You, just sit back and watch us do our best work!
