On-Boarding
We collect all of the necessary information such as logins, preferred color themes, any pictures you may have, etc all within 24 hours.

Creating The Content
We make a content schedule and get started on creating your tailored content. Within 24 hours after onboarding is complete, we deliver your content.

Content Approval
After the content is complete, we will send it to you for your approval. You will approve or disapprove and we will make adjustments accordingly.

Posting
Once the final content is approved, we will start posting it according to your custom content schedule. You, just sit back and watch us do our best work!

How does this service work?
This service is structured around a credit system. With each month of Social Media Management & Content Creation, you will get 30 credits to use for posting. We see the best engagement results with accounts that post once per day or less.
Here is the breakdown:
1 created image = 1 credit
1 created video (under 1 min. in length) = 2 credits
Product Photography images = 2 credits
Product Photography is now available as a “Free” upgrade with this service. This means, you will ship us the product(s), we photograph the product, and use the images taken to incorporate it into the content. Each Product photography post costs 2 credits.
2 credits per post = 15 posts a month.
If you wish to post more than what your credits allow, you will need to purchase additional credits. $400 per 10 additional credits.
High Posting Volume:
If you want to post 3 times a day, we can offer a discount at a double package rate ($3,000), rather than charging the 3 full package rates.
Onboarding
Information Needed For Content Creation Services & Social Media Management:
We collect all of the necessary information such as logins, preferred color themes, any pictures you may have, Etc. On your Onboarding form that you will fill out after you order.
Communication:
You will be added to a Slack channel to communicate about your order and relay any relevant information.
Page Access and Information
Gaining Access:
We do not need direct FB or IG login information. We will request access via Business Manager.
All other platforms (Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter.) will require direct login information and your availability for potential secondary verification.
Page Requirements:
In order for us to be able to post on Facebook and Instagram, you will need to ensure the following:
🗸Both profiles are changed into business accounts and pages(if not already).
🗸 The correct FB and IG pages are linked.

If you have any images you would like us to use or work from please be sure to add them to a drive link and include them on the form.
Content approval
After the content and/or content schedule is complete, we will send it to you to get approval weekly before posting.
Posting
